Who we are
POV Wheel (povwheel.com) is a project by Aleksei Severin. Questions about your data: hello@povwheel.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your e-mail, your Instagram username and phone type (if you give them), wheel size, the language and currency you chose, your country (worked out from your IP address; the address itself is not stored) and the link you came from, for example a particular Instagram story.
Why
To tell you when orders open, to help you choose the right size, and to understand how many people want each version. We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Where it is stored
In a Cloudflare database in Western Europe. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes data on our behalf. When a new request arrives, we get a short notice in Telegram without your e-mail or Instagram username.
How long
Until 12 months after sales start, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Statistics and bot protection
We count visits with Umami. It uses no cookies, builds no personal profiles and respects “Do Not Track”. The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser. Your browser remembers the language and currency you pick; this stays on your device.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted: write to hello@povwheel.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
